Ricky was simply born a high achiever.

With two degrees under her belt, she spent nearly 20 years working with a boutique organisation, specialising in helping people suffering from a disability get back into the workforce. Firstly she was Chief Financial Officer and then hands on as a Specialist Consultant working closely with clients.

This quickly proved two things about Ricky:

1. That she is loyal to a fault; and
2. She has real compassion when it comes to aiding people in need.

In 2011 when Ricky joined the Financial 3 team, her finesse in the field of organisational management and finance was an ideal fit, allowing her attention-to-detail and analytical skills to shine.

After 2 short years as Financial 3’s resident operations and finance expert, it was clear Ricky needed another challenge to utilise her almost two decades worth of client relation skills. So her move into direct client work as Personal Wealth Consultant was a natural progression.

Ricky’s phenomenal ability to multi-task “with a smile” and her compassionate nature has meant clients are not just looked after; they are truly cared for – by a person whose concern for those who need guidance is second to no one.
